Here are resources and links that we highly recommend.
The Office of Reconciliation Ministries is part of the Worldwide Church of God. Their mission states that they exist “To share the good news that God has reconciled all mankind to Himself through Christ and that we can all get along.” Please visit their site to learn more about racism and reconciliation. Be sure to check out the Resources page.
We highly recommend a video titled Called to be Free, by Living Hope Video Ministries. It’s an awesome video about the journey of the Worldwide Church of God from legalism to grace, from heresy to orthodoxy, and from being a cult to being part of the Body of Christ. The video will inspire you and encourage you as you learn about a modern day miracle. The video is available for $4; shipping is free in the U.S. Click here to watch online for free or to order. Living Hope Video Ministries is not affiliated with the Worldwide Church of God.
The Shack by William P. Young is a powerful little novel that will enlighten you about Trinitarian theology. This novel will challenge the way you view the Christian faith. You can order The Shack from Amazon.com or through TheShack website by clicking here.

Here is a place for you to worship. As we worship our great Triune God – Father, Son and Holy Spirit – we deepen our immersion into their life. We worship God the Father as Jesus revealed him – Our Father. We worship Jesus as the Savior, Creator, and Lord of life. We even worship the Holy Spirit as we enter into the presence of God with him and he “himself intercedes for us with groans that words cannot express.” (Romans 8).
My favorite worship comes from Job. He lost everything – his fortune, his family, and in some way even his faith. Job responded to life with worship. Sometimes there is nothing we can do but worship. We are prayed out. Counsel doesn’t help. So we worship. Here’s the passage that moves us to worship (Job 2):
At this, Job got up and tore his robe and shaved his head. Then he fell to the ground in worship and said:
“Naked I came from my mother’s womb,
and naked I will depart.
The LORD gave and the LORD has taken away;
may the name of the LORD be praised.”
In all this, Job did not sin by charging God with wrongdoing.
Now you worship with us with your own words, words from the Bible, a song, a poem, or just a moment of silence…

Here is where you can pray with us. Write your own prayers or share a favorite prayer or prayerful song, quote or thoughts. To get you started…
- Glory be to the Father, and to the Son and to the Holy Ghost/Spirit,
- As it was in the beginning, is now, and ever shall be, world without end. Amen!
Or…
- Glory to the Father and the Son and the Holy Sprit,
- now and forever and to the ages of ages. Amen.
A favorite of all Christians comes from Jesus himself – I call it the Perfect Prayer…
- Our Father in heaven,
- hallowed be your name,
- your kingdom come,
- your will be done,
- on earth as in heaven.
- Give us today our daily bread.
- Forgive us our sins
- as we forgive those who sin against us.
- Save us from the time of trial
- and deliver us from evil.
- For the kingdom, the power, and the glory are yours
- now and for ever. Amen!
From Paul to the Thessalonians is my prayer for all of you (1 Thessalonians 3:11-13)…
Now may our God and Father himself and our Lord Jesus clear the way for us to come to you. May the Lord make your love increase and overflow for each other and for everyone else, just as ours does for you. May he strengthen your hearts so that you will be blameless and holy in the presence of our God and Father when our Lord Jesus comes with all his holy ones. Amen!
Now it’s your turn…let’s pray…
